Poverello Center

The Mission of the Poverello Center is to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically undeserved, especially those who live and function in the West Hill area of Albany, New York; providing free, high quality medical, legal, and social services.

Services:

• Walk-in urgent care and health screenings.
• Staff will be available to connect patients to ongoing primary care and specialty services
• On-site limited pharmacy services
• Referrals for legal counsel, social services, and spiritual direction

All services are free.
