The FSS program is a voluntary program for Section 8 recipients that assists with obtaining and maintaining stable employment, preparing for important life issues, creating financial security, and/or preparing for home ownership. Participants have the opportunity to receive a cash grant when increased in earned income cause increases in the participants portion of rent.
The Section 8 Home Program walks participants through the process of purchasing their first home, and offers them the opportunity to use their Section 8 rental vouchers to receive monthly mortgage payment assistance.
