Eligibility Requirements: adults with a disability who are in treatment with a medical or mental health provider and other criteria specific to each program

Other Services Offered:  NCP offers a variety of programs to assist adults with all types of disabilities with their work goals.  We offer programs specifically designed to work with adults with a mental health diagnosis to find and maintain work, supports to further their education or training, and programs for pre-employment job readiness and coping skills development. The Women’s Employment Resource Center (WERC) advances women’s success in the workplace by building their economic and personal independence. The Center has pro­vided quality workforce development service to over 4,800 women since 1988, helping them successfully find or improve their employment. Program participants receive career counsel­ing, computer skills, workforce preparation training, job placement, and ongoing support­ive follow-up.
